Our journey in the ice cream business is a simple yet heartwarming one. It takes us back to our summer jobs at “Festival des glaces”, where breaking eggs by the case was a daily task. Over the years, we’ve simplified our recipes, and today, our ice cream is proudly egg-free.
Our story began in 2010 at the Capitol Hotel, a charming little place where dreams come true. It’s a place that’s not just warm, but well-garnished with memories and delightful flavors.
